Hello again list: Although I don't really know how or when it happened, but my Windows sounds are currently back! I was working with a file and was editing it; when I had finished, I was saving the file (had been using MP3 Direct Cut to do the project) anyhow..I had saved the file in question (it had asked me if I was sure I wanted to not save the original file; as the dialog came up, I heard the familiar sound that I usually would hear; then when I opened my email a few minutes ago and after the email had downloaded, I again heard the familiar notification sound that OE makes! So I guess I'm back in business..that is, until I open Total Recorder again! So thought I should let you folks know what's happening!
