Ah okay then, if that's the case, then that makes sence. I thought it did go to Realtek's site and therefore that's why I tried it since I have no idea what to look for since I don't know the name of the card. All I get from anywhere I try looking for the name is Realtek High Dethinition Audio Device.

I don't think Device Manager was lying to you. I believe Device Manager checks your local hard drive, any removable drives you have loaded (such as a manufacturers CD) and the MS update repository for device drivers. If you haven't downloaded a newer device driver and RealTek hasn't uploaded one to MS then I don't think Device Manager will find it. For example, it doesn't check the RealTek web site.
