If you do consider buying this box, you might want to be absolutely certain they are really selling the full version of Pro Tools. It is possible it is a demo or special version and it may not be that significant part of the price. I thought I had heard that Pro Tools works with VoiceOver on the Apple but that it was not very accessible in Windows. The earlier response you got may indicate that has changed some, but you'd still want to be sure what you are getting and whether it is affecting the price much.
