When you say "list of sounds" what list are you refering to?
I apologize if you already know this, but you can see the different events you can associate with different sounds in Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices. In the Sounds tab, there's a tree view with all of the different events. Note that this includes Windows events as well as events from other applications. You can use the Play button as you move through this list, and maybe you can identify which event is using bing.wav as well as the other sound you're looking for. You can also use the Browse button to find and use sounds (*.wav) in places other than the default.
