I use Voxi here for dictation purposes however Voxi to my knowledge doesn't have a "Voice Activation" mode where as Pocket Dictate does, this app is available free, read the description at the following we page. http://itunes.apple.com/au/app/pocketdictate/id349888534?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo=6 versions of Pocket Dictate are available for S60 and Windows Mobile smart phone devices.
