Hi,
With JAWS10 or up, have a look under JAWS's utilities menu and arrow down to
sound cards wher you should be able to make any of your required changes.
Hth,
Pawel.

Subject: tying jfw to a particular sound card

hi all, i've always had 2 sound cards on this system, the onboard one -
realtek hd audio output, and a soundblastercard i put in myself. jfw has
always been on the onboard card so i can use the other for music etc. i had
to have the whole system reformatted and windows reinstalled recently, and
now i cannot get jfw to put itself on the onboard sound card as before.
nothing has changed with the system and i've double and tripple checked i'm
putting the right info in the jfw.ini file as i've always done. i've tried
it with jfw 8, 9 and 11, and none of them will use the onboard realtek hd
audio output card as they used to.
i'm not sure if this may be regarded as a jfw problem or a soundcard
problem, so email me off list if it's regarded as not pc audio related. the
onboard card is working as it was in use before i put the sb card backin
after the reformat/reinstall.

any ideas what may be the problem?
