Yes, that is the latest firmware update.
Mine came with that version of firmware on it already.
The only firmware installation I had to do is, download and install the
Bookshelf firmware.
That was the only thing that was wrong with mine.

switch after reading your post; I have a cartridge in there at the moment
and..it works just as yours does! Perhaps I didn't quite have the right
touch on that button! As for the Firmware..I've checked that out..and it
is 2.1.3; is this the latest one?
