I agree with that I was just trying to ilistrate the point that if you use something that you have permition to that it is not seeling. Espeshelly if the have the copprite rites to that mateeral. When you sign up with the NLS and the BARD service in particular, you agree to certain terms. It's agreeing to these terms that gives you legal access to the content you download. Just because you don't want to follow those terms, and it's easy not to, doesn't make it legal.
