Thanks for the tip. I was wondering how to alter those controls. You can tab
to them ok, but changing them is a pain.

SRS may still sell the hardware unit.  May also be some headphone amps that 
have surround. might be worth looking for.

Do you have the SRS Sandbox software, David?  Some of the controls don't 
work at all till you pay for and activate the full version.  The trick to 
moving those controls is locking down the left mouse button on the control 
then using the screen reader's keyboard mouse movement keys.  It's a total 
pain.

At least the free SRS WOW! plug-in in windows media player is totally 
accessible with screen readers.
