Hi folks, I am hoping someone will be able to help me figure out how I can improve my video recording and DVD watching. I have a Media Center laptop computer, running XP Professional. A USB Adaptec TV Tuner card is attached so I can tune in to a TV program and record it.
The big thing for me, is that I can then, go into my recorded shows and see all the listings and merely click on one to see the show. DVDS do not work this way. I haven't been able to input my DVD movies and my Star Trek episodes into my computer at all. I've tried taking the output from my DVD and putting it in the same place that the cable line went in to no avail and I have also tried putting the DVD into my disk drive, in hopes of getting it into my iTunes, also to no avail. I am using Jaws 10 and iTunes 8, if that info helps explain my situation any better. Does anyone have any suggestions please? Many thanks, in advance!
