I'm not sure what you mean. You could purchase a phone from AT&T, and assuming it was supported by Talks or Mobile Speak, you could purchase them separately and install them on the phone. You could also purchase an unlocked phone from someone other than AT&T and also put Talks or Mobile Speak on it. Assuming it was a GSM phone that supported the frequencies used by AT&T you could then move your sim card into that phone and use it with the AT&T service.
