I think all it is, it is the scroll or scrub feature has to be turned off by
hitting alt v then the l key.

Hi. I can't get the start and finish markers to move using the keyboard
shortcuts with goldwave. This works on only one of my two PC's but I
don't know what's different about the settings in that one. I re
installed the program thinking that would fix it, but it didn't. Can
