moving goldwave's start and finish markers

Hi. I can't get the start and finish markers to move using the keyboard 
shortcuts with goldwave. This works on only  one of my two PC's but I don't 
know what's different about the settings in that one. I re installed the 
program thinking that would fix it, but it didn't. Can anyone tell me what's 
wrong? I use Jaws. Thanks, Joe.
