Hi John and all Thanx for all the help! The problem seems to be solved now. There seems to be some electric interference coming from an electric fence nearby. Connecting the amplifier to a different socket solved the problem.

Either way, it is all coming from the power supply. If the power supply is weak and doesn't have enough amps of currant, that thing will make a lot of noise with USB audio devices.
