BTW, have you had trouble, with reading the help file, on this software, in the past? One of my problems, as a novice user, has been that I could not get the help file to read, but, it may be my JAWS skills, not that there is not any help available! Any tips on using version 11, the one just before the 12 upgrade, would be much appreciated!
