I'm not sure where this site is located but it allows you to download thousands of tracks free and some are 128kb. I have downloaded some files from this site for burning to CD but only files of 128kb. There is little I can say about this as once you are there, things are self explanitory. It is quite easy to use and once you have searched for a track or for an artist and selected the track you want, the download link is near the bottom of the page. Walter.
