Hi, another tv program is www.tvunetworks.com . Not sure how well it works with screen readers. and tvunetworks is free. But you need a connection of 300kbps or faster to watch tv on it. And I only got 90kbps download speed, not sure what I have to do to increase my bandwidth here.
