You can use the Creative Media Lite software to format the Zen Stone. 
You can find out more about it and  get some JFW scripts for it from the 
URL: http://www.hartgen.org/zenstone.html. If that doesn't work, you can 
use this utility to reinstall the FW. Good luck!
