I'd have to agree.  Goldwave is an excellent program for the price.  People 
are going to bash it and say you must use SF if your going to do 
"professional" stuff.   I don't agree.  I've gotten pretty good with GW. 
I'm no pro but I find it to be an excellent program and well worth the 
price.  The NR that comes with it can be used pretty well if used properly. 
Most people try to use the default settings and that's not a good idea.

I've tried Sound Forge's editing, and I'm sure it's wonderful, but I
personally, and this is strictly personal preference, prefer Gold Wave's
method of editing.
