Well when I chose no conversion, leave as is, I got either cap or asf, or
even ral. So where is the format being chosen, if I'm not choosing it? I'm
supposing it's at the source, the "radio show".

when you want to have Replay AV just record in the format that it will play 
in choose nothing to convert into. this way; it will always be an mp3.
