First things first! The Victor Stream does not come with a SD card. You will have to buy your own SD card. However, the good news is that you can get SD cards at some pretty reasonable prices these days. I have baught 4 gigabyte SD cards for $39.99 to $49.99 at places like Best Buy and Radio Shack. You can probably find even better prices on-line at places like www.newegg.com. Obviously, you can get 2 gigabyte cards for even less. You might consider a 2 gigabyte card to get started.
There is a Victor Stream tutorial, and a couple of podcasts on the stream on www.blindcooltech.com, there is also a couple of presentations on the Stream in the tech talk archives on www.accessible world.org, and also check the archives at www.accessibledevices.com. I am sure there are others, and the manual is also quite good. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joanne" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC Audio Discussion List" <pc-audio@pc-audio.org> Sent: Saturday, December 08, 2007 8:00 AM Subject: for those who have the victor reader > Haven't been following threads on this because I didn't have one, but I'm > getting one soon and need to know some things about it.
