You have to go to Adobe's support and download their flash uninstall
utility. then, reinstall flash player. This happens with the latest build
of the flash player Vista and some XP machines.

Subject: Flash Player

I am trying to download and install flassh player from adobe but I must have
tried at least 20 times and each time it is being blocked. I am using
genuine windows XP and Office. I tried turning off pop blocker and firewall
but to no avail. Please help. Thank you.
