In order to download albums, you need this helper application, which by the way is accessible. If you download individual songs, you don't need the downloader, but you do if you want to download albums. Also, could it be that your firewall or browser security settings are keeping it from downloading? Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. I plan to write up a mini tutorial on this service this evening.
