Well, how long ya got? Okay, the short answer is I get this ugly i o error when I try to connect it to my computer. The error says something like, can't open; i o error in device". Something like that. I took it to my computer at work which could sorta kinda see the data on my Zen Stone, but not quite. The Zen, last time I checked, doesn't have a light on when I try to turn it on when it's disconnected from the computer. When it's connected, the Zen gets nice and warm and my computer knows there's Some kind of USB thingie connected to it. I've tried going through each of the troubleshooting steps on the Creative Webpage with no success. I'm glad I payed a discount price for this thing, and I didn't bother to register it (or did I, I'm not sure now), because I knew after my previous experinece with a Muvo, that I'd probably have to return it after it's small warranty ran out. Anyway, short of throwing it out the window, I'm pretty stuck. I've had it for several months and have occasionally come back to it to see if I can get it to do anything. It's like one of those little projects you come b ack to from time to time..Heavy sigh!
