I have a gateway stand alone recorder, and memorizing the menus is a must. you have to use right and left buttons, the enter button to enter the menus, then use up and down buttons and the enter keys to select various options. it is hit and miss more or less. it is simpler to hit the record button. then you have to finalize the discs to play in other machines. it aint easy. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Donald L.
