Look at the phrase cancantinator (probably spelled wrong) it is adjustable
and you will probably have to hit a book to figure out how to adjust it.

That is one thing which GoldWave does, a main reason I bought it though a
Sound Forge 9 owner. I wonder that also since could use it if it exists
rather than doing it in GW.
