Hi. So to put this very basically and to the point, what you want to do is record yourself and music at the same time, but not software speech, correct? That's how I understood it. Getting a second sound card solves this problem, you can set it up so that your screenreader, doesn't matter which one it is, can come through one sound card, and your music and your mic will go through the other. You just need to make sure that the listener hears the correct sound card, but that's easily done. You might try an external sound card that can be used through your USB port. That usually works well. Hope that helps a bit.
