I tried SoundTap and it was a disaster. It is not the same company as Screamer. SoundTap is an NCH product, the makers of Express Burn. I would suggest you uninstall SoundTap. It has its own uninstall program on the hard drive in the NCH\SoundTap folder. Good luck.
