Not working here. At least there's no sound. Do I need plug-ins beyond what
comes standard? How can I tell what version of WinAmp I have?
Thanks.

I can't remember but Winamp has been able to play .APE files for the
last three or four years or so. However I think you need to install
the Monkeys Audio program available from www.monkeysaudio.com. It
has been a long time since I installed it but from what I remember
when you install Monkeys Audio you are also given the option of
installing the Winamp plug-in so you can play .APE files using Winamp.
