Yeah just tried it , no different in that you need to use the mouse cursor to access the thing but if you're prepared to do that then not a problem in the world, don't know how JFW users would get on, I guess the way around this would be to select "unrestricted" with the JAWS cursor and do things that way but you should be able to get access to everything and I'd be surprised if you need to use scripts, just take some time to observe the screen layout, everything seems to be logically laid out from what I saw when trying it a few hours ago.
