How do you hook up speakers for a computer with 2 sound cards? My computer does not have an onboard sound card with a built in speaker. I do have a sound card in the computer. I am considering adding a second sound card or an external USB sound card so I can record music through one card and have JAWS and all Windows event sounds play through a second card. To avoid additional component clutter, do you recommend using a Y cable to connect both sound cards to the same set of speakers?
