Well, when I first heard about this format, there was promise that it would 
provide MP3 quality at half the file size.  With CDex, I checked the WMA 
format, and the highest bit rate that was provided was 160 kbps, and I think 
that the lowest was 22.  My DVD player plays WMA files, but it's too finicky 
to play the Og format, as good is it is.  I'm not sure about Ock plus, but 
probably, it wouldn't play that either!
