hi. you have a point there, however me being a dial-up using person for 6 years, i'm just grateful for any reduction in file size i can get. I like ogg because it's open and players play it. I haven't been bothered to conduct actual tests to see which is better at a certain rate, and the smallest file size from either, but i'm hoping ogg would win.
