Hi Bob and all: Well, the problem that I am having is that I want to save a file as a mono file at 64 KBPs, 22050 Hz.
To the best of my knowledge, that is not one of the presets. When I go to the custom settings, It does not appear that I can select those particular settings there either. On another matter, the highest bit rate that I can set for saving an MP3 file is 128 KBPS. My computer has both a Delta 66 and an SB audogy sound card. Goldwave shows that I can save at 320 KBPs.
