Paul, I have a Real Tech AC97 onboard sound card in this Medion desktop computer which was purchased approximately three years ago.
I have been absolutely delighted not only with the quality of the sound from this card but also with the fact that the microphone and aux volumes are more than adequate, and also with the fact that no hiss is introduced into the mike circuit by the sound card.
