Hi I was talking to a computer tech about cd burners. He recommended a sony for $69. He said it came with a stripped down version of nero. I asked what this meant and he said that it didn't include the video features. This "stripped down" version, is this what persons on this list call nero express? Is that accessible? Can you upgrade from express to nero without any cost? Thanks.
