Subject: plantronics dsp headsetRe: flash card recorder

Hello listers.

I recently purchased a plantronics dsp-500 headset. It uses a u s b
connection and software/firmware for its operation.

By using the software one is suppose to adjust various audio characteristics
of the headset such as balance, volume, tone and eq characteristics as well
as microphone volume and muting.

If you are blind however using a screen reader (in my case Jaws) it appears,
that there is no access to the menus used to make such adjustments.

Is anyone familiar with the plantronics headsets and if so have you overcome
the accessibility problem?

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Charlie
