Hello Monica and John. Thanks much for the replies. I really wanted to take advantage of the e q functions and being able to operate the volume and mike muting with the controls on the headset wire, but aparently that's not going to work. I can get my wife who is sighted to make the ajustments in the software, but that's not being independent is it?
thanks again and let me know what else you can think of. I plan on calling plantronics Monday morning and if there's no resolve well back they go.
