I uninstalled TR completely because of that driver. It works like the old SB 128, or whatever was the best thing before Live's came about. It allows only one playback at a time, if something else grabs it first, jaws won't speak. If jaws grabs first, winamp will give an error saying that the audio device is busy and to wait until it is free. The program switches every single program you have to TR's driver, even after you switch the default back, some stay at TR. There has to be an accessible means of recording skype without buying Outlook (not the express version). There's that occasional call that a person would like to record for documentation or instructional sake (beats getting a soar arm from typing and holding the phone).
