Hi Shane. Not completely clear what you're looking for here but if it's software to help you transfer music from your computer to your player and organise it into playlists then take a look at notmad explorer from Red Chair Software to see if it supports your player and if it will do what you want it to do.
http://www.redchairsoftware.com/notmad/trial.php This won't change your players firmware or make the player more accessible as such but it will allow you to transfer your music by giving you a windows explorer type interface. You can then create playlists on the player and therefore make it easier to use.
