I've heard on this list that the Iriver IFP-790 is easy for VIPs to use. I see they also have a model called the IFP-190. I wonder if it is as good and or easy to use. It is currently being heavily discounted at www.futureshop.ca
I just reviews the messages refering to the IFP-799 and now wonder just how frustrating it might be.
