Hello Rob, Ok here we go, I have removed Nero, and removed Ahead, so there is nothing left on the computer to do with either of these right, But when I go to My select a folder that I wish to put on the CD, I use ALT F for file, arrow down to send to, and arrow down here to find the CD drive F, this is what mine is, and low and behold there is INCD, and can I remove it NO. I have gone through the regedit looking for any keys that might still been on the system and there isn't any, I go to add and remove to make sure that all the programmes to do with these two thing has gone and it is clear. I have used search for files and folders, and nothing comes up regarding these two programmes, So what do I do now?. My answer is a complete format of the hard drive this way I shall remove all the files that must be on the computer to do with Nero or Ahead. The thing that makes me want to do this is that I've put Roxio 6, back on the computer and I cannot use any of the features as it looks like this part of Nero is stopping me form doing so. so I am really screwed up here now. Thanks for all your help in sorting this problem out I do very much appreciate all you are trying to do for me here.

what drop down menu file are you refering to? if you have removed nero from your PC, then there should not be a folder in program files called Ahead.

Hello Rob, Yes been there done that but the dam file is still on the system other wise it wouldn't show in the dropdown menu file, it is driving me mad as I cannot do what I want to do on the CD burning side of things now. Many thanks for all your help but I think it is going to be a reformat job.

Did you look under add/remove programs?
IN CD is a program that allows you to write to CD-RW or DVD-RW useing copy & paste or drag & drop as if it was a regular folder.

Hello all, Please could someone help me out here, I was using Nero Express to burn CD with Now because I couldn't get on with the program I uninstalled it, and installed Roxio v6 which I find easy to use. The problem I have now is that Nero seems to of left a file on the system and I have tried every thing I can think of to remove it and I cannot do it. The file that is left is called INCD, Please could someone tell me what else I could possibly try to find this and remove it? If this cannot be done then the next option is to format the hard drive again.
