Hello Melissa. By default and this note is for every update to the program you will install under options it is checked by default to start up with windows. You may or may not want it to do this so be aware. Also make sure the hotkeys are enabled. That way if it rings you can type control-page-up to answer the call and that will work from any window. I don't use skype myself all that often but if people would like to ad djc123 I'll be glad to say hello.
