Hi Everyone:
I have an MP3 music file that was recorded at 44.101KHZ, 128KBPS. I want to resample at 11025KHZ using either 16KBPS or 64KBPS.
Looking under the Effects menu, I was able to do the resampling OK, but could not change the bitrate. I'd appreciate the HEADS-UP on how to CHANGE THE BITRATE.
Thanks for all help!
Sincerely,
Olusegun
