I take it you don't have a second partition or hard drive. In control panel
go to administrative tools
computer management
arrow down to disk management
tab
find the drive you wish to change and right click
one of your choices should be change drive letter.

Subject: Changing Drive Letters

In Windows XP, does anyone know where in the world the ability to change or
re-assign my two CD-Rom drive letters would be?

They are coming up as drive f and drive g. I wish to get this back to drive
d and drive e.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
