If you have a Skype address, I would be happy to help you with your problem.
In a nut shell: you would make your Audigy 2 ZS your default card and then edit your JFW.ini file by inserting a line
with a Synth1Port=whatever is the name of your other card as reported in the sounds/audio options found in the control panel. It is important to get the name exactly right.
Below is an example of what I am talking about:
[Synthesizers] Synth1Name=eloq Synth1LongName=Eloquence for JAWS Synth1Driver=eloq Synth1Port=andrews other sound card
