Hi John,
I think you ought to uninstall it and cancil your subscription. I think in many ways wmp is a lot better, I have used wmp on the NFB web site playing their convention banquet speaches and they sound great. Just uninstall it the whole damn thing and delete the icon off your screen. Use winap, its a lot better and user friendlyer. Dave Hutchins

Is it in my cable modem? or am I out of luck here? I guess if I can't fix it myself I'll cancel my subscription.

It isn't the firewall in your Linksys router.

Well, my firewall is in my router so it can't pop up and tell me, but Iknowwhat you mean, I had zone alarm before the router and that worked. Idon'tknow about my security settings though because I was set the same while onsomething
vacation when it did work, as I am here where it doesn't. I suspect the
firewall in my linksys router, unless Comcast has something blocking that
out though I did upgrade to SP2 and don't know if that might haveto do with it since I did get that the day I got back from my vacationlastmonth but I can't find any settings that I could think of doing that, thanksfor the suggestions though I'm thinking a little more now. Maybe I'll comeupgrade.
up with something else to try though I've tried all I can think of so far.
