hi again, the only bit i can add is that if i manually ask real player to play once i'e used an nfl link, it sounds like real player is trying to connect to something as i can here my computer doing something. this goes on for about 2 mintues or so then a web page opens which is: http://sports.guide.real.com/partners/nfl?pid=nfl_rbn&url=raiders%2Flive%2Fraiders.rm&pcode=nfl&cpath=radio&rsrc=&auth=NFLFP&case=no_cookie&brand=nfl&rnd=1095011266562&has-player=true&flash-version=6.0.12.1040&src=090904partners_nfl_fieldpass2
