if you are burning an audio cd, you can select the track you wish to move and press ctrl+x to cut and if you wish it to be the last track, you must move to the last track press ctrl+v and then select the last track because the one you just moved is next to the last track and press ctlr+x to cut it and move it where you wish that track to be. remember when moving a track, it is placed before the track highlighted.
