Hi Gina, I'm not a pro. at it. what I do though, is when I put the CD I want to copy in the drive, I choose the "copy music" option, which I get as one of a list of seven, in my case the drive spins, and when it stops, I change the CD for a blank then I get the option to "create a CD" option, in Nero, then just I just go to "burn" and it makes a copy of the original. h t h
